Certification Details BLS ACLS AZ license or compact Job Details A hospital in Arizona is looking for experienced nurses for a travel contract for their MS/Tele float pool. The right candidate will have 2 years of current tele experience, an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license or compact. Travelers are required to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to starting (2 max attempts) and will take a pass/fail Sim lab on day 1 of orientation. Job Requirements 2 years of current tele experience Must be able to titrate drips Required to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to start (with 2 max attempts) Must take a pass/fail Sim Lab on day one of orientation Schedule Information Shifts: 12 hr shifts. 7-7. Unit Specific Information CV Tele B3A, A3 Neuro, MedSurg C5, MedSurg B2C - units with various patient care specializations such as post-cath lab, post-vascular procedures, neuro post-surgical, spine, CVAs post-TPA, general tele, surgical, oncology, and general MedSurg patients Additional Details Travelers will float between all Tele and MedSurg units Staffing the observation floor first, then other units as needed Floating includes between Chandler & Mercy Gilbert campuses Notification of campus and unit given 1.5 hrs prior to shift start Floating to different units mid-shift can happen Distance between the 2 campuses is 9 miles, all interstate
