Your contributions will assist us in effectively implementing solutions that maintain the seamless functioning of our processes.A Day in the Life:· Address blocking issues from various departments using email, ERP, and other organizational software.· Manage inventory and ensure materials are handled strictly according to guidelines.· Coordinate with various teams to determine and meet material needs.Education:· High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.Experience:· Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in distribution, warehouse, or supply chain.· Preferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers).Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:· Outstanding organizational skills.· Proven expertise in Microsoft Suite.· Strong communication and collaboration abilities.· Strong customer service skills and relations is required.· Able to work and contribute to large teams.· Must be proficient in most standard warehousing functions.Physical Requirements / Work Environment:· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.· Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.What We OfferCompensationCompetitive Hourly Pay Rate: $26.00Additional shift differential for 2nd shift and 3rd shift positionsAnnual performance-based bonusAnnual merit performance-based increaseExcellent BenefitsBenefits & Total Rewards | Thermo Fisher ScientificMedical, Dental, & Vision benefits-effective Day 1Paid Time Off & Designated Paid HolidaysRetirement Savings PlanTuition ReimbursementEmployee Referral BonusCareer Advancement OpportunitiesAt Thermo Fisher Scientific, each one of our teammates extraordinary minds has a unique story to tell.
