Alliance ABA is a mission-based organization devoted to supporting children with Autism and ADHD in an In-Home setting. We are looking for dedicated team members to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism and ADHD in Fort Belvoir, VA area. Service hours are during weekday mornings, evenings or weekends. Candidate should have at least one year of experience working with children or adults with special needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 HOME-BASED ABA services for youth under the age of 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities
  • Provide behavior coaching to parents and support client's caregivers through a variety of methods
  • Collaborate with other professionals from various agencies in the community including: social services, schools, physicians, etc.
  • Participate in training and clinical supervision that focus on integrating ABA with other effective therapeutic strategies
  • Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to maximize effectiveness of interventions as delineated in client's treatment plans
  • Implementation of behavior treatment programs as designed by the supervising Behavior Analyst
  • Collection of data and completion of treatment notes as required
Requirements:
  • HS diploma required
  • Availability to work afternoons and evenings 4-7pm
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children; experience working with children who have developmental disabilities/Autism preferred
  • Experience with interventions to address maladaptive behaviors
  • Must have an RBT certification or pass the RBT training curriculum and exam within the first 30 days of employment

Job Type: Part-time available

Salary: $22.00 to $23.00 /hour
