Chauffeured Services Dispatcher On Site

Core Competencies

• Dispatch vehicles and chauffeurs strategically to save on fuel costs and minimal down time

• Answer phone calls and emails, handle accordingly

• Take Reservations (via phone, email, or fax) and enter Client Profiles into livery software

• Assist with preparing vehicles if needed

• Be a team player to support co-workers to achieve company objectives

• Perform other duties as assigned task

Essential Functions

• Assign Chauffeurs and Vehicles to each trip and confirm 

• Answer Phone skills to take and enter reservation information into limousine software

• Quickly prioritize tasks in a fit paced work environment

Job Type: Part-Time Weekends

Salary: $14-$16 p/hour
