Please see details below:Open Dates: ASAP - OngoingDesired Schedule: Preferred schedule would be 8a-5p, Monday Friday, occasional night and weekend call included in assignment 1 week per month (2 weeks may be an option for certain months).Setting: 95% clinic & 5% inpatient mix.Scope of Work: 5 provider group 2 physician providers and 3 APPs. Employed practice. Collegial and supportive practice environment.Requirements: State of MI Licensed or IMLC. Active DEA.
