You will be provided with a set of leads, including a database of 3,000+ existing clients from a company we own, and you’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint in the mortgage industry.
This position is perfect for someone with at least one year of experience as a Loan Officer or Account Executive who is passionate about helping mortgage professionals automate and streamline their marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales: Conduct 50-75 calls per week to engage mortgage brokers, introduce our software, and schedule product demos.
- Inbound Leads: Follow up on inbound leads, nurturing relationships and closing sales.
- Product Demos: Present the software in a compelling way, showcasing its automated features and the value it brings to loan officers and mortgage teams.
- Customer Database Management: Utilize a database of 3,000 existing customers to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other sales reps, sharing insights, best practices, and helping each other achieve success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Sales Process: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Client Onboarding Support: Assist in ensuring smooth transitions for clients post-sale by collaborating with the onboarding team.
- Meet Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, with a focus on recurring revenue.
Required Qualifications:

- Sales Skills: Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Remote Work Skills: Comfortable working remotely and independently, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools (experience with mortgage software is a plus).
- Motivated and Driven: Self-starter who is passionate about helping clients succeed and willing to learn and grow within the company.
