Strategic Pricing Manager

Manage and execute pricing strategy, including recommending and adjusting Sales Representative Cost (SRC) and Price to Customers (PTC), implementing center-recommended policies, and leading weekly meetings to adjust pricing for commodity items and promotional pricing. Evaluate requests for commission-based adjustments, self-funded deviations, and price approvals, and provide training on pricing tactics. Analyze and develop pricing recommendations to support bids for customers. Monitor and identify opportunities by analyzing and reporting on margin and market pricing, work closely with District Sales Managers, manage exceptions for vendor price lists, and oversee the Area Pricing Analyst.
Supervision: Pricing Analyst
Relationships: Internal: Region Pricing Manager, Area President, AVP of Merchandising and Marketing, and area sales team. External: Customers, vendors.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years pricing experience required. Experience within foodservice or food manufacturing companies highly desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Knowledge of PRIME pricing system highly desired.
