  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

  • Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
  • Responsibility: This role involves conducting virtual brain health evaluations without the need for prescribing medication, eliminating the requirement for DEA or state-controlled substance licensing. Key tasks include reviewing provided patient information, such as medical and social history, care partner identification, and cognitive test results. Additional responsibilities involve interpreting these results and developing personalized care plans focused on lifestyle changes and secondary stroke prevention.
  • Other Details: The ideal candidate will hold a current Nurse Practitioner license in the specified state(s) of practice and have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. An interest in neurology, brain health, and preventative neurology is essential, along with comfort in using telehealth technology. Candidates should be skilled at maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation within our electronic health records (EHR) system and be capable of working independently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care. Clean malpractice history is required.
