JOB SUMMARY
This role plays a pivotal part in overseeing our MarTech stack, including the tools, data, automation, and integrations necessary for Global Marketing Organization to function efficiently. This means you will support the build of a reporting and analytics strategy, MAS/CRM management, project management, while also ensuring the seamless integration of marketing technologies.
As a team player, it will also mean working collaboratively with Creative, Marketing Managers, IT, and Internal Clients to collaborate, identify, design and implement effective, engaging solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the tools, data, automation, and integrations for the marketing team, ensuring alignment with other systems and teams.
- Provide the team with the support to launch, track, and optimize their campaigns. Develop and implement marketing operations frameworks, templates, and processes that support campaign planning and execution.
- Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings; conduct regular audits to identify opportunities for on-page and technical SEO improvements.
- Track and optimize marketing performance metrics to drive growth. Provide actionable insights into marketing campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee MAS and CRM management, ensuring data accuracy and effective use of the systems.
- Create reports for an executive-level audience that not only communicates results, but your deep insights based upon experience and best practices.
- Stay up to date on the latest digital platforms and approaches for analytics and data collection including cookies, third party pixels, etc. in compliance with local and global regulations and requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools or methodologies to enhance the digital marketing capabilities of the business.
Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 2-4 years' experience of digital marketing experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & other characteristics:
- B.A. degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Comfortable with key MarTech stack: Salesforce, Pardot, Demand base, Google properties, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others
- Knowledge of marketing acquisition channels: email, owned and paid social media, content syndication, and ABM, as well as SEO and SEM
- Proven experience launching, executing, and optimizing creative marketing programs that help drive revenue.
- Exceptional collaboration, teamwork and interpersonal skills while always championing the user experience.
- The ability to prioritize, multi-task and execute quickly while still following best practices in a fast-paced environment.
