Position Summary

We are seeking a highly creative Tastemaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for emerging trends in fashion, lifestyle, and culture, with the ability to curate and elevate our brand's identity through digital marketing, campaign development, social media, and content creation.

As the Content Services Manager, you will be responsible for ideating and producing a wide range of multimedia graphic design projects, including video and photo content, to support various business entities such as Aventura Mall, Destin Commons, Town Center Aventura, Turnberry Media, and others. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to acquire necessary assets and ensure the creative vision aligns with business goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Ideate, consult, and implement a variety of design projects for corporate and retail divisions, ensuring alignment with brand standards and objectives.
  • Oversee projects spanning graphic design, environmental/signage, digital marketing design, web/mobile design, UI/UX, and video editing.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Vice President, Creative Director In concept development and brainstorming.
  • Curate content and product selections that align with brand values and speak to aspirational, trend-conscious consumers.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to secure necessary assets, outline project details, and provide regular updates on progress.
  • Work closely with teammates on assigned projects, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.
  • Interact with external agencies, freelancers, and printers as needed for project execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Stay updated on design trends and industry developments, providing recommendations and ideas to enhance project outcomes.
  • Maintain consistency in branding across all properties and campaigns, ensuring brand awareness and relevance.
  • Ensure visual appeal and aesthetics in digital content, incorporating appealing imagery and compelling copy into graphic designs to effectively communicate messaging.

  • Plan, storyboard, and coordinate video shoots, including location scouting, lighting, and shot composition.
  • Capture high-quality video footage for marketing content, social media content, and promotional materials.
  • Edit raw footage to create polished, engaging video content using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
  • Add effects, motion graphics, music, sound effects, and subtitles to enhance video production.
  • Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and storytelling objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review edits and implement feedback.
  • Capture professional-quality photographs for campaigns, events, products, and internal marketing materials.
  • Conduct photoshoots, including styling, lighting, and composition, to showcase products or concepts creatively.
  • Retouch and edit images using software like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to ensure high visual quality.
  • Maintain a library of photo assets for use in various marketing and branding initiatives.
  • Organize and archive digital assets, ensuring easy access for future use.
  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and social media teams to ensure that visual content aligns with campaign goals and overall branding.
  • Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for video and photography concepts.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Extensive experience in ideating, developing, and executing graphic design projects across various mediums, Including video and photography content.
  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual appeal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the industry.
