DISHER is currently looking for a Director of Strategic Accounts to join the Sales and Marketing Team. In this role, you will develop relationships with strategic clients to retain and increase revenue and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to current businesses. You will drive retention and growth among current customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed.

What you will get to do:
- Create and implement comprehensive account strategies for high-value accounts to maximize long-term revenue and profitability
- Establish and maintain relationships within client organizations, positioning our company as a trusted strategic partner
- Recognize and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities within strategic accounts
- Work closely with senior leadership to align account strategies with overall business objectives
- Develop and present account plans and performance reports to executive management
- Act as an internal advocate for accounts, ensuring their needs are prioritized across the organization
- Lead projects or initiatives internally at DISHER
What will make you successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Communications, General Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field preferred
- At least 7 years of experience within strategic account management, business development, customer engagement and retention, issue resolution, quoting, relationship development, sales strategy, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Ability to develop and implement long-term account growth strategies
- Capable of mentoring team members and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong understanding of client industries and business drivers
- Expertise in building and maintaining executive-level relationships
- Proficiency in financial modeling and ROI analysis for complex service engagements
- Demonstrated success in significantly growing large, multidisciplinary accounts over time
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and consulting services
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Display the ability to collaborate and build Trusting Relationships with customers and interdepartmental teams, contributing to successful project outcomes
- Stay up to date on industry trends through ongoing learning and adapting strategies that drive Innovation
- Serve Customers by understanding and prioritizing their needs, actively contributing to the overall success of DISHER
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time mainly within West Michigan, and other areas as needed
- Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations.
