What you will do:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with brokers, customers and other third parties while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
- Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
- Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
- Attend employee open enrollment meetings onsite and via webinar.
- Work with Product and Marketing team members to design and develop products and marketing/education materials to fit partner, employer and employee needs.
- Act as a consultant to assist partners and employers with creating employee benefit plans to meet their unique needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in a sales role, preferably in the CDH, HSA, Health Account and Employee Benefits industries.
- Must have understanding of Consumer Directed Healthcare (CDH), Health Savings Accounts (HSA) & Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Services Marketplace, including: Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish; Excellent listing, negotiation and presentation skills; Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products.
