  • Content planning: Create and maintain Clio's organic social media calendars, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
  • Organic social listening and research: Monitor performance and seek trends for content that will guide engagement efforts while expanding our audience reach.
  • Collaborative initiatives: Participate with adjacent teams for social media planning around Clio's products and enhancements.
  • Video content creation: Develop engaging short-form videos, particularly for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, utilizing mobile video editing skills.
  • Cross-department collaboration: Work closely with departments like Customer Service, Sales, and Creative to ensure social media efforts align with broader business goals and support various functions.

What you may have:
  • 4-6 years of experience managing organic social brand accounts (10,000+ followers)
  • Experience with social media listening and metrics tools, with the ability to report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Hold an undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or public relations, and/or a certificate in social media management
  • A track record for organic social media growth
  • Proficiency with social media management tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or SocialPilot
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to drive data-informed strategies
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and its relationship with social media content
  • Experience creating video content for social platforms and skills in mobile video editing
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

Serious bonus points if you have experience:
  • Handling social media in B2B SaaS
  • Leadership social media guidance and/or management
  • Building social media influencer campaign strategies
  • Communicating in the #legal or #legaltech sector
  • Familiarity with paid social campaigns
