Senior Operations Manager

Reporting to: US Head of Operations

Location: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut or Boston, MA with ability to travel.

We're searching for a driven, proactive and organized Operations Manager ideally with passenger transportation experience to be based in NJ, CT, NYC region (one of our key regional hubs).

This could be the right opportunity, if:
  • You excel at managing complex transportation technology, logistics or services programs and have experience of implementing transportation programs, managing them and working closely with drivers, dispatch and operations teams to deliver successful service.
  • You're used to working with clients with high expectations and delivering people transportation service that exceed these expectations
  • You are comfortable with data-driven, real-time environments where accuracy, service and safety considerations are crucial
  • You thrive in dynamic, team-oriented environments with ambitious growth targets
  • You're a strong communicator with commercial acumen to build and develop winning partnerships with our network of third-party bus operator partners
  • You have experience of leading and closing down emergency situations i.e. vehicle incidents, collisions or safety incidents.
  • You can demonstrate success linked to operational and commercial metrics.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and ensure the seamless operation of employee transportation and shuttle services for high-profile clients.
  • Maintain exceptional service levels, focusing on safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, proactively addressing issues and optimizing services.
  • Work closely with our operator partners who deliver our programs for us becoming experts in their businesses and building strong relationships with them to enable growth and scale.
  • Regularly travel to various client sites across New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut.
  • Take on broader operational responsibilities within the first year, contributing to the growth and efficiency of the program.


What you should have:
  • 3+ years experience in logistics and operations with experience in passenger transportation, preferably in employee shuttle, motor-coach, or limousine services.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a deep commitment to safety and compliance.
  • Proven ability to deliver high standards of service in a corporate environment.
  • Proven experience of managing multiple vendor and client stakeholders during implementation and program management phases.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the tri-state area.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a strategic, yet practical and hands-on approach
  • Meticulous, analytical, and rigorous mindset
