As a Civil Engineering Project Manager in RICK's land development department, you will have an opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team on meaningful, landmark projects in the Phoenix region. Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationship with Clients and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project including being an expert on the design process, providing regular progress updates, and managing expectations on project schedule.
  • Manage all phases of land development projects including site evaluation, project scoping and proposal, preparation of design plans and reports, and leading the review and permitting process.
  • Foster a collaborative Team culture that emphasizes efficient and consistent processes and mentoring and professional development.

Qualifications

Qualified candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Registered professional civil engineer in Arizona.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience working in land development with an emphasis on commercial and multifamily projects.
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Candidates for this position must demonstrate:
  • Positive working relationships with internal teams, Clients, and public agencies.
  • Technical proficiency in commercial land development design including entitlements, site grading and drainage, utility design, and industry best design practices.
  • Independent decision-making abilities.
  • Experience directing and reviewing the work of technical staff.
