We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Subject Matter Expert to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) module. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design scalable solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP FICO-related matters, providing expertise and guidance to business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend best practices for system design and optimization.
• Configure and maintain SAP FICO functionalities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, cost center accounting, and profitability analysis.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to empower end-users and drive adoption of new solutions.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure smooth project delivery and post-implementation support.
• Stay current with SAP updates, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic guidance on leveraging SAP FICO capabilities to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant or Subject Matter Expert, with hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling module.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP FICO projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, cost center accounting, and profitability analysis.
• Strong understanding of integration points between SAP FICO and other modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) and third-party systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and driving business value through technology.
• SAP certification(s) in Finance and Controlling or related areas is a plus.
• Experience with S/4HANA and SAP Activate methodology is highly desirable.
