Location: Rockville, MD - Hybrid / Remote but occasional visit is required. DMV areas candidate preferred.

Duration: Long term

End Client: Healthcare- Federal

Pay rate: Market

Active Public trust clearance/Or clearable

Prior experience with HRSA, HHS and other government exp.

Previous ServiceNow implemetation experience is required

Job Description
• Bachelors/Master's Degree in Computer Science or other related disciplines
• 10+ years of overall experience. 5+ years of experience in managing ServiceNow projects with a strong focus on ITSM, ITAM, and Integration.
• Proven experience implementing and managing complex ServiceNow integrations between different instances.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Familiarity with HRSA and NIH operational requirements and federal government service management processes is a plus.
• Experience with data governance, risk management, and change control processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, ITIL, or ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
