In anticipation of a contract award, we are looking for a Program Analyst who will play a critical role in enhancing organizational efficiency by applying management analysis processes, modeling and simulation tools, and technical techniques. This individual is responsible for driving process modernization projects through process improvement and reengineering methodologies. Additionally, the Process Improvement Analyst facilitates group sessions, conducts interviews, provides training, and ensures seamless integration of management efforts across the enterprise.
Work Location: This position is primarily remote - you will work on site in Washington, DC on an occasional basis. Seventh Sense will support your commute by contributing over $1,500 annually to your Transportation FSA!
Salary Range: $84,000-$87,000

What You'll Do:
- Management Analysis:
- Utilize analytical techniques to assess existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points.
- Apply modeling and simulation tools to evaluate process performance.
- Process Modernization:
- Lead process improvement and reengineering initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Identify opportunities for automation and digitization.
- Facilitation and Training:
- Facilitate group workshops and brainstorming sessions.
- Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to gather insights.
- Provide training to teams on process optimization techniques.
- Knowledge Transfer:
- Share best practices and process knowledge across the organization.
- Document process changes and create training materials.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Project Coordination:
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and other departments to achieve enterprisewide integration.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in process analysis, improvement, or reengineering
- Familiarity with modeling and simulation tools
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence change
- Proficiency in project management and coordination
- Knowledge of process mapping and documentation
