Our client is a Global information Technology Consulting , one of the fastest growing firm in the industry.. and we are currently hiring forTop Notch Sales professionals for theHEALTHCARE vertical ( Includes Payer and Providers)

This is a key sales and business development role, responsible for executing business development strategies. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in consulting, and a solid history of success in similar roles

Experience Required :New client acquisitions by selling services portfolio across Application & Business Process Services, Enterprise & Cloud Services, and other IT Consutling servcies.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Achieves targets for realizable revenue commitments
  • Maintains high win rate for qualified opportunities
  • Converts target prospects into Clients
  • Achieves Go-to-Market Offering Campaign targets
  • Position as Business Advisors at the highest level in client organsiation
  • Conducts relevant customer research to understand the prospects / clients organization and its executives in details
  • Collaboration & Networking, Corporate Governance & Reporting and Personal Development


Relevant Experience:

10-20 Years of sales experience with last few years in Healthcare vertical

  • Closes deals through a balanced negotiation on sizing, costing and pricing
  • Takes responsibilities of large bids as assigned. This person will bring management concepts and knowledge to the industry vertical and solution sets to analyze and develop clear business benefits to potential clients.
  • Has the overall responsibility for end to end deal pursuit, proposal and contracting process required for closure.
  • Must have handled quota and has sold into large healthcare providers & Payers. Excellent relationship management capabilities and proven record of building & managing connects with senior level IT executives
  • Responsible for assembling all required resources/skills to develop proposal, pursue and win deals
  • Accountable for meeting key sales performance criteria, which includes: developing pipeline with a balance of total contract value as well as annual revenue to achieve quota targets.
  • This person must be a Entrepreneurial, energetic leader ,conceptual thinker with capability to implement and launch ideas, products and services
  • Strong sales fundamentals – planning and forecasting, account planning and target roadmap setting, competitive intelligence, contractual negotiations.
  • Aggressive, Passionate, Entrepreneurial with demonstrative Consultative sales skills
