Hours: PRN/Part-Time (up to 24 hours per week)
The Physician provides direct patient care for clients enrolled in all CHA programs to include but not limited to Women's Health (Maternal Health, Family Planning, Adult Primary, SUN), Pediatrics (Child Health, Pediatric Primary Care), and Communicable Disease (STD, TB, RISE) programs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Education/Experience: Graduation from an accredited Medical School and Board Certification within specific specialty. One to two years' of experience in clinical medicine in Family Medicine or Pediatrics. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
License: License to practice medicine in North Carolina

- Provide direct patient care in a clinic setting
- Conduct clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning
- Order and manage labs
- Prescribe medications
- Health Promotion and Disease Prevention
- Referrals
