What is the Opportunity?

This role analyzes information technology (IT) requirements in business processes, through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis and collaboration across (IT) teams. This person applies experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of assignments.

What will you do?
  • Elicit and analyze Business requirements and create documentation such as current and future state business process, user stories, data catalogues, business rules, use cases and user interface design.
  • Work collaboratively with our business partners and stakeholders from multiple IT teams (i.e. source systems), by incorporating enterprise standard requirements methodology in requirements planning, analysis and documentation.
  • Analyze and review different options for data integration and provide recommendations on the solution; such as assessing and defining materiality of data quality issues and possible impact to project objectives.
  • Apply advanced coverage analysis techniques to ensure relationship between scope, detailed requirements, and testing through to implementation
  • Communicate the impact of changes through cost-benefit analysis taking into consideration time, effort, and business priorities
  • Support QA in development of the Functional System test cases
  • Validate that Functional System test plan and test cases have full coverage of the critical requirements
  • Support Design and Development activities by providing requirements clarifications
  • Support User Acceptance Testing and Production Implementation Verification activities including planning, defect triage, and root-cause analysis for requirements-related issues
  • Support the development of the end-user documentation and training


What do you need to succeed?

Must-Have:
  • Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile
  • Strong business communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced problem solving skills and technical acumen
  • Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation
  • Experience of various requirements elicitation techniques such as Document analysis, Interviews, Facilitated workshops, Observation, Prototyping, Focus groups, Surveys
  • Experience of requirement gathering and documentation


Nice to Have:
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Institute - Professional in Business Analysis (PMI - PBA) Certification
  • Strong knowledge of fundamental data concepts (for example, but not limited to groups, hierarchies, data structures).
  • Experience working with ML or AI tools
