You Are:

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant specializing in Oracle B2C Service Cloud or Oracle Field Service Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle cloud solutions, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service experiences and optimizing field service operations. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, provide expert guidance, and implement effective solutions that drive business success.

The Work:
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes related to B2C Service and Field Service operations.
  • Design, configure, and implement Oracle B2C Service Cloud or Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Provide expert advice on best practices, system enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Develop and customize applications or integrations using PHP, JavaScript, or .Net as required.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and workshops for client teams to ensure successful adoption of the implemented solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support to clients post-implementation.
  • Stay current with Oracle updates, product enhancements, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.


Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

What You Need:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Oracle B2C Service Cloud or Oracle Field Service Cloud.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with customer experience management and field service operations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of development experience in PHP, JavaScript, or .Net is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)


Bonus Points If:
  • Prior consulting experience
  • You are familiar with other Oracle Cloud products or related technologies.
  • You have experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.


Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
