Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Digital Workplace Advisor to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving the adoption and education of Microsoft 365 (M365) solutions across the business. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure effective use of M365 tools, enhancing productivity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and provide tailored M365 solutions.
  • Lead the adoption and implementation of M365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot for M365, and other related applications.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on M365 functionalities and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for M365-related issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest M365 features and updates and communicate these to the business.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to M365 usage and best practices.
  • Analyze and report on M365 adoption metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing M365 solutions.
  • Strong understanding of M365 applications and their business applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • M365 certification(s).
  • Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
  • Familiarity with other digital workplace tools and technologies.
