The Decisioning Test Lead will help ensure quality outcomes for implemented strategies and actions in Wells Fargo's Customer Decision Hub instance as a Quality Analyst. This role serves as a critical function maintaining responsibility for validating changes to the engine ensuring accuracy and driving intended outcomes. Testing Lead functions include documenting and defining the controls and release processes for decisioning/strategy changes to mitigate customer and channel risks. Additionally, providing support to users by introducing actions into the system and enable forecasting through simulations and other tools to determine impacts from changes to action volumes.

In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for the Analysis, user story definition and testing of omni-channel decisioning solutions that meet our business's requirements.
- Perform impact analysis of new decisioning logic changes introduced in the system.
- Create the test strategy, test design and test cases for any new decisioning logic configured in the system. Provides test case feedback
- Ability to identify different scenarios of logic execution and challenge decision architects with the scenarios.
- Manage & maintain the regression testing process for the entire Decisioning logic.
- Communicate problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences as well as translate business requirements and other information into accurate decisioning test designs.
- Commitment to an enthusiasm for success by ensuring that the delivered product if fully-functioning, performs to requirements defined and approved by the business, and meets or exceeds expectations.
- Interface with key stakeholders to evangelize the platform and continuously identify areas of improvement.
- Act as key participant in delivery planning.
- Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area.
- Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the decisioning engine and respective environments
- Independently resolve complex issues
- Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in PEGA Decisioning/ PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
- 4+ years of QA experience specific to testing, validating & analyzing Decisioning systems or marketing offer determining systems/engines.
- 2+ years of test case review, management, and approval
- 1+ year in functional, automation testing for REST APIs
- Issue management and help desk management experience
- Training and documentation experience for product utilization
