We're seeking a future team member for the role of Provide the job title of Vice President, Production Support, Application Support I to join our Investment Management Technology team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, Pa-Hybrid (Three days a a week onsite)
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
• Provide production support for Investment Management business functions in multiple applications (over 50) during US business hours (Aladdin, Eagle, Automate, Application Stacks built on .NET and/or Java)
• DevOps L2 Engineering Solutions and Automation work (RPA/batch) (BAU and projects)
• Production Release Management
• L2 Troubleshooting of complex applications and automation objects supporting the Investment Management business. Individual will be responsible for functioning in both an L2 production support role, as well as performing complex DevOps and Development Engineering functions such as; designing, developing and implementing business process and applications to support IM.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree is beneficial.
• 6-8 years of diverse experience in information technology required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
• Experience supporting Windows (.NET) and Unix based application environments
• Experience with scripting languages (Powershell, shell, python) and automation
• Experience with relation database platforms and scripting (SQL, Oracle)
