We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for Content Monetization to support the management, optimization, and monetization of our social media platforms and content distribution channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media distribution, monetization strategies, and project management. This role reports directly into the Director of Content Monetization.

- Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms including content creation, publishing, monitoring, monetization, moderation, and client relationships
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase audience and revenue potential for our shows and clients on platforms including but not limited to Snap, Facebook, Spotify, YouTube, Bing, Twitter, Instagram, and others
- Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, post-production, operations, and finance to ensure alignment of initiatives with overall objectives
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize strategy
- Implement processes and workflows to streamline content distribution and ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Liaise with external partners including but not limited to platforms, creators, and clients as needed
- Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to recommend and implement innovative approaches
- Work closely with other departments to find synergetic opportunities to grow the business and drive revenue
- Think outside the box to develop new business opportunities for content monetization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in social media, digital media, and/or content distribution
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies that drive engagement and growth
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience with social media tools and analytics platforms including backend studios and distribution processes for creator content
- Experience with communicating with creators, managers, agents, and platform representatives
- Knowledge of platform best practices and principles
- Ability to thrive in a fun, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
