What You'll Do
Sales Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Oversee daily sales operations, streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with the Director of Marketing to organize and manage the company Hubspot instance.
- Create and monitor sales metrics and KPIs, using data to track performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and collaborate with the customer experience team to effectively close opportunities.
- Drive prospecting and account management initiatives to expand our client base and increase market share.
- Plan and participate in industry conferences and events to generate leads and promote our brand.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Sales/Business Development ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience in the Title/Escrow industry or adjacent industries.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed, strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software, with experience in HubSpot preferred.
