Job Summary

At JG Wentworth we offer innovative FinTech solutions for clients in financial distress. To continue to expand our offerings we are looking for an experienced product manager to lead a diverse and cross functional team. The ideal candidate will be able to identify gaps, opportunities and innovate solutions for a fully digital self-enrollment funnel, offered to potential debt resolution customers. The candidate must have experience strategizing and managing the full lifecycle of a product from conception and idea generation through implementation, release and post implementation analysis. This leader will need to work with cross-functional teams in the development and enhancement of digital funnels. They will also manage other cross functional product owners who oversee their designated products.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product planning for cross functional teams
  • Utilize analytics to determine customer needs, user behavior and to inform decision making
  • Assess competitive offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation
  • Develop a quarterly roadmap for product improvements
  • Document product requirements, develop, implement and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
  • Closely collaborate with designers, engineers, product managers, marketing, sales and client services in the development, QA and release of products
  • Balance shared resources to ensure success across the entire organization
  • Create and maintain documentation for product flow, product strategy, business use cases, technical requirements, revenue and ROI
  • Create and enhance marketing strategies such as nurture campaigns
  • Identify additional opportunities to utilize the technology built
  • Implement a cohesive requirement gathering process across all products
  • Manage the Salesforce product owner and support their workload
  • KPI driven role that will focus on funnel conversion improvements such as increased enrollment, first payment, and second payment percentages, cancellation rate and cleared fees (revenue).


Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience in software and web development
  • Proven success in overseeing the entire product development lifecycle
  • Experience in developing a customer facing funnel
  • Experience with project management software such as Monday or Jira
  • Experience using salesforce a plus
  • 4-year bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 3-5 years of product management or related experience
  • Ability to pivot tasks and priorities quickly
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Range of total compensation- $100,000- $150,000 per yr + bonus
