Job Title: Principal Process Management(multiple openings)
Job Location: Riverwoods, IL
Job Type: Full Time
Duties: Ensures development and maintenance of Process Inventory across the enterprise, and the associated Process Taxonomy. Provide complete and accurate information for foundational required data inputs. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Engineering, Statistics or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Process Management-related occupation.
Position required skills: Position requires experience in the following: Process Management systems including Lean Six Sigma Methodology; Process Risk Management tools including DMAIC, FMEA, and RCA; Process Modeling tools including BlueWorks Live; Data visualization and analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Tableau; Project Management software including JIRA and Miro; Microsoft Suite, including Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI).
Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program
Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500 to $149,300. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
