Description

The Sales and Marketing Manager at QuinStar Technology will lead and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth for our standard products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and values. This role involves developing effective sales tactics, identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The Sales and Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and support CRM implementation.

What you'll do:

Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue for QuinStar's standard products, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key customers in target markets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand product offerings and effectively communicate propositions to customers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Coordinate with the responsible manager, planning, and shipping teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting tactics as needed to meet sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales representatives with regular meetings and keeping track of KPIs for each territory.
  • Train and mentor, the sales team on product knowledge, while providing ongoing support through regular meetings and training.

Marketing Strategy & Execution:
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and promote standard products.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, content creation, email campaigns, and social media presence.
  • Coordinate market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities, providing insights to shape product marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing materials communicate product value and technical specifications.
  • Plan, organize, and execute tradeshow participation, including booth design, logistics, and lead follow-up.

Customer Relationship Management:
  • Set up and implement HubSpot CRM system in QuinStar.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for standard product inquiries.
  • Gather and respond to customer feedback, coordinating with the engineering and product development teams to refine product offerings.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.

Requirements

  • Must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by Federal Government
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of product sales and marketing experience in B-to-B market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events (up to 10%).
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM software.

Physical Requirements:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

Ability to participate in the following activities for extended durations:
  • Ability to stay in stationary position for extended length of time.
  • Remove or replace up to 15 pounds.
  • Positioning, arranging, or moving items up to certain heights or at ground level.


Salary Description

$104,835.00-$136,286.00
