The Sales and Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and support CRM implementation.

What you'll do:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue for QuinStar's standard products, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key customers in target markets.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand product offerings and effectively communicate propositions to customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
- Coordinate with the responsible manager, planning, and shipping teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting tactics as needed to meet sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales representatives with regular meetings and keeping track of KPIs for each territory.
- Train and mentor, the sales team on product knowledge, while providing ongoing support through regular meetings and training.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Design and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and promote standard products.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, content creation, email campaigns, and social media presence.
- Coordinate market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities, providing insights to shape product marketing strategies.
- Coordinate and manage marketing materials communicate product value and technical specifications.
- Plan, organize, and execute tradeshow participation, including booth design, logistics, and lead follow-up.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Set up and implement HubSpot CRM system in QuinStar.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for standard product inquiries.
- Gather and respond to customer feedback, coordinating with the engineering and product development teams to refine product offerings.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.

Requirements
- Must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by Federal Government
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of product sales and marketing experience in B-to-B market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events (up to 10%).
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM software.
