A well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Marin County, CA, is seeking an experienced Adult Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) to join its multi-clinic network providing comprehensive healthcare services. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of underserved individuals in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
Position Highlights:
Full-time position managing a panel of adult patients ages 18-100+Primary responsibilities include patient evaluations, physical examinations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans$135,000 - $160,000 annual salary, with a $50,000 signing bonus available for eligible candidatesRelocation assistance providedMust see an average of 18-22 patients per day3+ years of hands-on primary care experience required (residency of 12+ months may substitute experience requirement)Qualifications:
Valid, unrestricted California NP licenseBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Adult or Geriatric MedicineDEA registration for prescribing medicationExperience in outpatient healthcare settings, preferably in an FQHC environment
