Key Responsibilities:
Listings management support:
Assist in maintaining accurate and updated business listings on various platforms such as Google My Business, Yelp, ZocDoc, and WB Mason.Reputation management:
Monitoring, maintaining, and responding to patient reviews on all third-party sites.Database maintenance:
Run audits and contribute to the accuracy and organization of the marketing department's databases within Teams and on third party sites.Event & sponsorship support:
Assist with all marketing processes related to events and sponsorships.Social media:
Assist with marketing initiatives, including campaign planning and execution; organize and track submissions for internal programs like "Summer Fun Fridays".Tools & Platforms:
This position provides hands-on experience with essential digital marketing platforms and tools, including:
Google My BusinessYelpZocDocWB MasonSocial Media Channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)Hours:
Guaranteed 20 hours/week; hours may range from 20-40 hours/week

Technical skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Communication skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Organizational skills:
Ability to follow directions carefully, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Learning attitude:
