In 2021 Crete United Partnered with Dynaire, an established HVAC mechanical contractor, installing and servicing cooling and heating equipment in the greater New York area since 1957, This Partnership has led to growth over several departments! We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Sales Account Executive who will be responsible for closing sales and generating revenue.

Position Overview

The

Sr Sales Account Executive (Mineola Based)

will be responsible for managing and developing new business for Dynaire in the Long Island, NY area. You will attract new clients by establishing and retaining the relationship, identifying, and meeting all their MEP requests, and ensuring that they receive outstanding customer service from all our MEP departments. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful MEP sales experience, be high energy with a competitive growth and entrepreneurial mindset ready to deliver outstanding service for our partners and clients. We are a fast-paced, growing company committed to providing the tools, and resources needed for our team members to achieve success.

***Applicants without MEP Sales experience will not be considered for this position***

Key Deliverables:

Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with customers to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives in the owner direct service, preventative maintenance, new construction and retro-fit business.Deliver new customers to achieve organizational and revenue objectives.Deliver new opportunities and customers to achieve organizational and revenue objectives.Master Dynaire's strategic points of differentiation and deliver a targeted sales strategy to capitalize on it.Be a true hunter of new business relationships and a world class closer.Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts of all sizes by representing Dynaire, externally with customers and internally by working with the operations team and supporting positionsDevelop a thorough understanding of Dynaire's position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape.Manage customer input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines.Manage RFP proposals to deliver wins.Facilitate execution as a strategic orchestrator, ensuring Dynaire's delivers on the promises we’ve made, and the results customers expect.Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels.50% or more travel required- visiting prospect and client businesses, attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities.Proactively remain connected to customers and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable customers are engaged on a regular and effective basis.Influence customers to make the right business decision by persuading collaboratively and by helping them see the financial and non-financial impact of their decisions to their organizations.Responsible for the solicitation of project documents and informationFollow up on all outstanding RFP’s and project bids with customers.Skills and Experience:

BA in business administration, or similar relevant field experienceMust have 5+ years of sales experience within the Industrial, Construction / Service industry (MEP)Demonstrable sales results and an established book of businessOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent networking and relationship building skills.Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.Problem-solving and negotiation aptitudeProven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment consistently and positively.Ability to effectively communicate with customer leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles)Ability to work independently and manage personal time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind.Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitudeStrong writing, phone, and presentation skillsSalesforce experience preferred.Compensation and Benefits
