of experience representing
employers
in
employment law litigation .Background in
discrimination ,
retaliation ,
harassment law , and
wrongful discharge actions
is required.Strong academic achievement, law firm experience, and exceptional writing, drafting, and communication skills.Ambitious, team-oriented, and eager to support and grow the firm's national practice.Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in employment law matters, with a focus on litigation.Provide legal counsel on issues related to discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful discharge claims.Collaborate within a dynamic team to achieve client-focused results and support the firm's expanding practice.Why Join Us?

highly-competitive compensation package
with a salary range between
$235,000
and
$310,000 , commensurate with experience, along with the potential for discretionary
