The Business Analyst is a key member of the SRE, Inc. team. The Business Analyst will support one or more contracts and provide superior consulting services to the end client.
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
Analysis of current state documentation, data, and related systems to determine relevant business and/or technology needs.Creation of business and/or technical requirements to produce future state documentation, strategic plans, executive reports and organizational communication.Works independently with minimal supervision, but typically reports to a Project Manager.Must have good communication and technical skills to produce reports, graphics, and documentation.Ability to work directly with stakeholders and C-Suite level SME's to gain knowledge and produce documentation.Education:
Bachelor's Degree in related field required.Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player.An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills.Advanced level experience with MS Suite/365, internet and other workflow tools.Strong presentation skills.Experience:
Minimum of 4 years' experience in related field.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $65,000 - $100,000/year. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. SRE considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Additionally, SRE adheres to all state and federal requirements regarding salary to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of SRE's total compensation package for employees.
Work Environment:
The primary work location of this position is Washington D.C. Metro area, remote work is allowed but not guaranteed. If you live outside the commutable area, travel expenses are not reimbursed to the primary work location.
