The Jr. Graphic Designer (Multi-Channel) is responsible for the execution of ecommerce and retail creative concepts and content for customer touchpoints in support of the integrated marketing plan and Brand strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Content DevelopmentSupport to produce high quality, strategy-driven multi-channel marketing campaigns that seamlessly integrate the needs of a fast paced, rapidly evolving, and growing multi-channel business - while building the brand and driving transactions on site and in-store.Work with team of ACD's, designers and writers to maintain and evolve the brand expression in multi-channel creative content. Includes site content, home page assets, email, mobile, video, animation, and in-store signage - while consistently maintaining brand synergy across all communications.Execute specific creative requests received through creative briefings at a rapid pace to meet the heightened demands of a fast-growing, dynamic business.Creative Project Management
Collaborate with ACD's, designers, copywriters, brand, project management, production, and studio to effectively meet project objectives, schedules, and deadlines.Monitor all pre-production, production and post-production for digital and print work.Effectively self-manage time, prioritize, meet deadlines, and juggle a large scope of work.Creative Expertise
Demonstrate excellence in creative multi-channel experience design and execution of digital design.Take initiative to understand business needs and marketing requirements to devise compelling design solutions for integrated marketing plans.Ability to take direction, effectively present work, articulate design decisions to brand team, and respond positively to constructive feedback.Required Skills
2-5 years of graphic design experience requiredBFA in Graphic Design or equivalent degreeProficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator knowledge of Acrobat and Microsoft SuiteTypographic excellence, a commitment to accuracy & organization, and strong written & verbal communication skillsExperience from concept to execution in digital design spacePassion for fashion
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $26.64 to $29.61 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
