Our client, a highly respected law firm with a robust insurance defense practice, is seeking a skilled and driven Insurance Defense

Associate Attorney

to join their team in

California . This is an exciting opportunity for a talented attorney to further their career in a hybrid work environment within a collaborative and forward-thinking legal team.

Key Responsibilities:Independently manage a caseload of insurance defense matters, including general liability, property damage, and personal injury claims.Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence related to insurance litigation.Conduct depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and participate in trials.Provide strategic counsel and advocacy on behalf of insurance carriers and self-insured clients.Collaborate with senior attorneys and insurance professionals to develop effective case strategies.Maintain regular client communication, providing updates and legal advice throughout case progression.Qualifications:

Minimum 2-7 years

of

insurance defense experience

(civil litigation experience will also be considered).Must be Bar licensed in

California , in good standingResidency in or willingness to relocate to

Orange County, CaliforniaStrong legal writing, research, and analytical skills, with a proven ability to manage complex litigation cases.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Benefits:
