Our client is seeking a Data Analyst in Colorado Springs, CO.
Role Description
Description:
Performs data collection, analysis, validation and reporting. Designs, tests, and documents processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures. Extracts and analyzes data from various sources, including databases, manual files, and external websites. Responds to data inquiries from various groups within an organization. Creates and publishes regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports. Documents reporting requirements and processes and validates data components as required. Requires experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and/or statistical software. Strong analytical and organizational skills also essential. 10+ years of experience.

OAI - Speech Analytics Key Story: We are using Auto Call Summarizations and tagged key words to replace agent manual tracking. This role will be focused on working with the project lead to gather, manipulate, and curate data sets from our Snowflake DB tablesMust be proficient in SQL and have strong communication skills and attention to detail with a background in data analytics
