Growing together.Position Highlights:Examines, diagnoses and treats patients for acute injuries, infections, and illnessesCounsels and educates patients and families about acute and chronic conditions or concernsDocuments items such as: chief complaint, past medical, family, and social history, review of systems, examinations, medications, allergies, assessment and planFormulates diagnostic and treatment plansPrescribes and administers medications, therapies, and proceduresOrders lab and imaging tests to determine and manage an immediate treatment plan and provides advice on follow upResponsible for the coordination of care with specialists and appropriate ancillary servicesCompletes all documentation and paperwork in a timely mannerMaintains quality of care standards as defined by the practice

Preferred Qualifications:1+ years of Outpatient Clinic experienceManaged Care / IPA / Health Plan experience
