Patriot LLC is looking for a full-time professional Project Management (PM) to support to plan, manage, and provide oversight of projects and requirements within AHRQ. The selected candidate will need to operate with a particular emphasis on agile development and managing software development projects. This individual shall possess extensive experience in IT project management and demonstrate a good understanding of agile development, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
Required:U.S. CitizenshipThe Pro bachelor's degree, preferably in computer or information systems sciences from an accredited University.Master of Science or Master of Business Administration preferred.Project Management Institute's Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certificationMinimum of ten (10) years of overall IT project management experience.
THE Candidate shall:
• provide requirements analysis and management support, in consultation with AHRQ
Support provided will ensure that websites meet objectives with the configuration,
deployment, operations, and maintenance of its websites.
• manage scope, cost, schedule and risk
• support project activities to include developing and maintaining key project management
deliverables, including but not limited to, project management plans, business cases,
project charters, cost benefit analyses, project quad charts, work breakdown structures,
project schedules, project cost plans, project spend plans, communications plan, risk
management plans, risk registers, and transition plans.
• communicate the project status, work closely with technical points of contact, develop
presentations and provide project updates to stakeholders and team members.
• provide meeting support, e.g., scheduling, coordinating, documenting key program
decisions/findings, tracking and reporting action items, updating databases, and
generating reports.
• be responsible for program/project management as well as integration and enhancements
to existing solutions and services.
• contractor shall conduct comprehensive stakeholder engagement necessary to improve
enterprise-wide awareness of system requirements and challenges.
• manage the teams responsible for fulfilling the project and achieving its deliverables.
DELIVERABLES:
1.
Project Documentation -
Provide project management plans, business cases, project
charters, cost benefit analyses, , work breakdown structures, project schedules, project
cost plans, project spend plans, communications plan, and transition plans.
2.
System Documentation -
System Design Review documentation, Preliminary Design
Review (PDR) documentation, Critical Design Review (CDR) documentation,
Documentation related to Testing: Prototyping, Development, User Acceptance, and
Integration
3.
Project Development Update and Change Management Plan and Report -
Provide a
summary and/or minutes of meetings that discuss changes, address maintenance issues or
operational items.
4.
Project Risk Management Report -
Track and report on a monthly basis current and
anticipated risks/issues. The report shall identify the probability of likelihood and
consequences (based on scale of 1-5, 1= low /5 = high probability).
5.
Project Status Report -
Provide a monthly status report that summarizes Previous
Releases, Upcoming Releases, Spend Plan, Expenditure Timeline and Burn Rate, and
Accomplishments.

Other Documentation
- Provide Scope Management plan, Stakeholder Management
plan, Requirements management plan, Quality management plan, Project charter, Change
management plan, Configuration Management Plan, Implementation/deployment plans
