We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Orthopedic, Pelvic Health and Scoliosis clinic. We are an in network, OON self pay company. As a Physical Therapist in our Company, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality therapy treatments to patients with a high level of service integrity. Your expertise in manual therapy techniques, combined with your ability to develop personalized treatment plans, will help patients regain strength, mobility, and function. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions, including reviewing medical histories, performing physical examinations, and analyzing diagnostic test results.Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' specific needs and goals, utilizing manual therapy techniques as the primary modality.Administer manual therapy interventions.Instruct and guide patients in therapeutic exercises and functional activities to improve strength, range of motion, and overall function.Monitor and assess patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans and techniques as necessary to optimize outcomes.Provide education to patients and their families regarding their condition, treatment options, and self-care strategies for ongoing management.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation, including evaluation reports, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in compliance with regulatory requirements.Collaborate and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.Stay current with the latest research, trends, and developments in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practices through continuing education and professional development activities.Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures within the facility.Contribute to the overall growth and success of the outpatient facility through active participation in marketing initiatives, community outreach, and professional networking.KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist.Extensive knowledge and expertise in manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilizations, soft tissue mobilizations, myofascial release, and PNF techniques.Strong understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy, biomechanics, and pathology.Demonstrated ability to perform thorough evaluations and develop effective treatment plans based on individual patient needs.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with patients, provide clear instructions, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities to assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.Proficient in using electronic medical records and documentation systems.Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual therapy techniques and assist patients with therapeutic exercises.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards in all aspects of the job.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Willingness to adapt to changes in patient caseload, treatment approaches, and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience 2-3 years working in an orthopedic clinic and or Scoliosis, Pelvic Health clinic

Board certification or interest in obtaining a certification in orthopedics (OCS) Additional certifications or training in specialized manual therapy techniques (e.g., Mulligan, McKenzie, or Maitland, Schroth, Pelvic Health)
