The Database Marketing Manager is responsible for the successful execution of Marketing Campaigns, including but not limited to campaign build, list generation, program build, execution, and reporting. Ensures the integrity of the Live! player tracking databases. Is an expert at analyzing trends and KPIs in customer behaviors and spend throughout the property to make recommendations on sales, marketing, and customer service strategies.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:Reports to Director of Loyalty MarketingResponsible for all Live! Campaigns builds, offer assignments, and communications.Maintain the Direct Mail calendarCollaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager regarding email deploymentsManages all elements of campaigns: segmentation, creative, proofing, internal and external communication, reporting, etc.Ensures the integrity of the CMS database for accuracy and protection of proprietary guest and gaming data.Responsible for monitoring database health & campaign specific KPIs.Marketing Subject Matter Expert for the casino's CRM along with working knowledge for following systems: Aristocrat - Oasis 360, Everi, and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).Manages all marketing campaign program Proformas and Postformas.Manages EDW and CRM business rules needed to support campaigns strategy and execution. Work along with Development team to accomplish needed elements for CRM campaigns.Directly responsible for all Direct Marketing budgets (OPEX, CAPEX, Free Play) and all elements of it (forecast, reconciling, purchasing requisition process).Manages team of Database Analysts.Works closely with Digital Marketing Manager to coordinate and execute Email Campaigns.Develops and manages regularly scheduled reports.Carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.Coordinating with all internal departments, external vendors and/or agencies.Execution on A/B testing plan set forth by Director of Loyalty Marketing.Assist with Establishing, updating, and ensuring full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures and MLGCA, PGCB & COMAR regulations.Assist with other major Marketing programs.Respond to guest inquiries through multiple inbound channels in timely fashion.Other duties as assignedSkills to Help You Succeed:

Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity in customer information, financial data, marketing plans, and policies.Multi-Project management experience - manage multiple campaigns, programs, channels, and timelines in high pace environment.A clear and concise communicator.Experience with Direct Mail specifications print production & postal regulations.Ability to read and write SQLStrong Excel Skills RequiredSelf-starter with propensity to learn on their own.Able to demonstrate good business acumen.Knowledge of hospitality, casino operations, marketing, and analysis.Strong strategic thinking and planning skills including the ability to anticipate trends, situations, or changing market conditions.Utilization of data analytics, accounting, finance, and valuation concepts.Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.Ability to solve complex problems.Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures.Ability to maintain mental concentration for significant periods of time.Broad variety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule.Ability to perform assigned duties in an interruptive environment.Flexible to the changing business needs.Curious and willing to challenge the status quo.Ability to interact with guests and team members professionally, including the ability to speak in front of groups.Strong influencing and relationship-management skills. Must-Haves:

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Database Marketing.Minimum of two (2) years in a managerial role of people and processes.A 4-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience.You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment.Must be able to obtain and maintain Gaming License as mandated by the Maryland Lottery & Gaming Control Agency and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.Physical Requirements:

The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts, including late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays.Ability to work extended hours across all shifts in a 24/7 work environment.
