Project Administrator . We operate within a hybrid work model, supporting flexibility between office time and work from home.Considering this model, this role could be based in the following cities:
Phoenix, AZTucson, AZLas Vegas, NVPosition Summary
As a Project Administrator at DLR Group, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our projects during the construction phase. You will ensure the smooth execution of standard documentation workflows, organization, and communication tasks essential for the effective functioning of our project teams.
What you will do:
Confirm and manage construction phase contractual responsibilitiesCoordinate with the construction phase team, including workflows, meetings, and communicationDevelop and maintain relationships with key team members and serve as the primary point of contact for documentation and workflowsEstablish and maintain tracking and logging for construction documentation workflowsManage pay applications, ensuring compliance with DLR Group's risk management standards and processing approvalsHandle submittals, RFIs, and cost documentation, ensuring timely and accurate processingAssist with field reports, punch lists, and closeout proceduresRequired Qualifications:
5+ years of administrative experience in the AEC industryHigh School Diploma or equivalentKnowledge of A/E construction phase processes and contractual responsibilitiesProficiency in task organization, completion tracking, and prioritizationExcellent written and spoken communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointFamiliarity with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Vantagepoint, Newforma, Procore, and AIA Contract Document software
