We are looking to hire a talented Data Analyst to join our growing Supply Chain Strategy and Data Analytics team. The supply chain team works to use data to provide actionable insights for business leaders across the enterprise, driving strategic decisions and enhancing operational efficiency. This role will transform data through business intelligence development, data modeling and management, application building, and visualization.

The Data Analyst will contribute to our cross-functional team, bringing diversity in ideas and a passion for learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Intelligence Development

Develop and maintain custom Power BI dashboards with a focus on data accuracy and connection to business needs.Partner with key stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.Stay current on emerging technologies, and evolving business needs to develop proactive solutions.

Data Modeling and Management

Collaborate across the enterprise to ensure the availability and performance of data infrastructure and systems.Develop data pipelines/ETLs and assist in gathering, cleaning, and transforming data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability.Design and implement data models and structures that support efficient data retrieval and analysis.Monitor data quality and implement data validation processes to promote data integrity and consistency.

Visualization and Storytelling

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the enterprise to ensure the delivery of actionable business insights.Train and support end users in the effective utilization of dashboards and assist in developing self-serve reporting capabilities amongst the end-user base.

Continually assess and improve dashboard use-ability and accessibility to improve the user experience.

Working Conditions/ Physical Requirements:

Normal office environment, some travel may be required.This position is hybrid with an onsite schedule of 3-5 days per week.In-office requirements are subject to change based on business need.Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline)At least two years' experience in data management, reporting, and analysisExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindsetProblem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with demonstrated experience connecting business needs to technical solutionsPreferred Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of relevant BI technologies and concepts, such as Microsoft BI stack (Azure Synapse, Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS), SQL, DAX, MDX, Python or R, and data warehousingFamiliarity with Agile software development methodologyExperience in developing, enhancing, and troubleshooting applicationsA creative and innovative mentality focused on serving as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams across the enterprise
