About the Role:
Tubi is looking for a Technology and Executive Support Technician to work in our New York office. The technician will be responsible for providing best-in-class support for Tubi employees in New York and remotely support San Francisco, Los Angeles, London, and Beijing offices. This includes direct support of C-Level Executives and their support staff. This is a key role, interfacing across multiple departments and business units. A successful candidate will be technically adept, hands-on, a self-starter, passionate about technology, communicative, and collaborative. The role requires one to maintain a high degree of professionalism and discretion, have superior hardware and software skills, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on support for Tubi employees who are experiencing desktop hardware, software, mobile, audio/visual, and networking issues and provide complete follow-through to a successful resolutionBe proactive in identifying problems and areas of improvement to reduce end-user downtimeWork within the Desktop and Executive Support team to provide best-in-class, white-glove support to Executives and their assistants in the New York, San Francisco, and other satellite locationsPlan, schedule, and execute computer equipment installations, imaging, upgrades, and replacement projectsProvide white glove support during the onboarding and offboarding of users across the organizationSupport special events/ meetings in house and remote locations requiring travel as neededLog, update, monitor, and follow up on support requests in the ticketing systemManage and prioritize tasks efficiently, and to the required level of quality, within the context of the objectives supplied by managementProcure, image, and deploy Mac and Windows desktops and laptops using the current Tubi imaging toolsetStay up to date with the latest technologies and security best practices used within the companyTrain employees on current and new technologies available to themWork directly with the wider Technology team on special projects, including but not limited to new technology deployment and cybersecurity initiativesWork with the support team and all other Technology groups to escalate and follow up on complex issues and projectsSupport remote access and cloud technologies to ensure that employees can work from remote locationsServe as a liaison between Tubi and third-party vendorsProvide after-hours and weekend support as neededRequirements:
Formal education is preferred in a technical disciplineMinimum 5 years experience in a Corporate Help Desk/Desktop Support environment including support of C-Level ExecutivesAn excellent customer service manner is required, with the ability to handle challenging support situations with a calm and methodical approachDemonstrate strong technical knowledge and advanced-level troubleshooting skillsFlexibility to work varying hours to support special events and system maintenance windowsDetail-oriented to carry out tasks thoroughly with accuracy and consistencyExperience with implementing and supporting enterprise technologies like G-suite, Okta, Slack, Box, Office 365 and its admin functions - advanced Gmail and Outlook configuration- i.e. delegations, mailbox access, etc.), OktaHave a good understanding of networks in a corporate environmentExperience supporting multiple platforms of desktops and mobile devices: Windows, MacOS, iOS and AndroidKnowledge of IOT, automation systems, networking, AV, and infosec best practicesAbility to quickly and appropriately prioritize and/or escalate multiple requests and bring them to successful resolutionAbility to lift and transport moderately heavy to heavy objects, such as computers and peripheralsExcellent interpersonal skills for written, oral and face-to-face communicationsPursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is is listed annually below.
