We are currently looking for a
Manager In Training
to join our on-site community team to help support a positive experience for our residents.
The Manager In Training position is an ideal opportunity for a current leasing consultant or assistant property manager to enhance their skills and abilities in property management that will help lead to future growth within the organization.
What are the responsibilities of a Manager In Training?
Responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, including generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospective residents, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in and move-out procedures in accordance with the company's established policies and proceduresMaintaining a professional appearance as a company representative, demonstrating sound judgment and conductFollowing Fair Housing guidelinesInterviewing new hires and processing appropriate paperworkSupervising employees, and assigning and monitoring regular job dutiesCompleting, reviewing, and submitting all weekly/monthly reports in a timely mannerCompleting and/or checking Move-in and Move-out paperworkAddressing resident questions and concernsInspecting vacant units and completing termination paperwork and assessing chargesAdditional duties as required by the Property ManagerWhat are the role requirements?
Ability to effectively and professionally communicate both orally and in writingRequires a positive attitude; must be friendly, sales-oriented, and able to provide exceptional customer serviceRequires training new employeesMust possess capable organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to implement and enforce company policies and operating proceduresAbility to research, analyze, and make recommendations to resolve issues that arise with residents, customers, vendors, and employeesAbility to prioritize workload in order to complete various reports on a timely basisProficient in the use of computer softwareYardi software experience is preferredMust adhere to company team apparel policyThe ideal candidate will have previous property management experienceWhat's in it for you?
