Previous experience in Labor and Delivery and stabilization of high-risk neonates preferred. License: Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required Certifications: - Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS required- ACLS required- NRP required- STABLE preferred- Basic Fetal Monitoring skills required Must-Have: Experience in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn Care Job Description: - Provide comprehensive care to mothers and their newborns in a family-centered environment.- Participate in labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care as part of a highly trained team.- Ensure the medical safety of patients while maintaining a caring environment.- Utilize skills in gynecological surgical care as needed.- Employ expertise in stabilization of newborns, particularly high-risk neonates.- Support the education and transition experience for new parents.- Coordinate and collaborate with medical staff and healthcare providers to deliver optimal patient care.- Maintain compliance with medical regulations and standards using the EPIC EMR system.- Provide holiday coverage as required.
