A Field Project Controls Manager is needed for a leading global engineering, consulting and construction company in the Evansville, IN area. The Field Project Controls Manager leads planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk/change management efforts for a utility-scale solar construction project, guiding project controls teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

responsibilities:
Senior-level role supporting planning/scheduling, cost engineering, and risk/change management.
Performs planning, scheduling, cost analysis, and field project assignments under general supervision, according to experience and capability.
Provides guidance to less experienced project controls personnel and acts as a lead person on the team.
Leads the project control function, influencing both internal and external clients, and facilitates project forecasts.
Identifies and advises the project team on issues affecting project execution.
Supports proposal efforts, leading the project cost controls team in preparing baseline cost deliverables.
Analyzes and leads the creation of monthly and quarterly cost reports.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred, with six or more years of relevant cost control or planning/scheduling experience.
Without a four-year degree, eight or more years of relevant experience in cost control or planning/scheduling in home office or field office.
