Full Stack Developer - Remote / Hybrid

Description
ICF is growing and we’re currently seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to support the exploration and testing of new innovative technologies and software architectures that have an impact on public health. As a member of the ICF’s Health Data Insights Team, you will support the CDC research in data science.
You will collaborate with solution architects and data scientists to provide system development support for user interfaces, application, and data storage solution development while adding surge support for Artificial Intelligence functionality. We are looking for someone with a very large curiosity in learning new technologies/languages and a self-directed learner who is resourceful and will find solutions to difficult problems.
This role can be fully remote or can work in hybrid work setting in one of our many office locations if preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate in Agile/Scrum environment for fulfilling user-stories and delivering within sprints
Participate in the design and creation of scalable software
Present and justify design with team and stakeholders
Write clean, functional code on the front- and back-end
Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and application deployment
Implement testing frameworks such as Jest, Selenium
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of code and applications
Help maintain code quality and organization
Document features based on project specifications
Provide application support on an as-needed basis
What we need you to have (Required Qualifications):
5+ years of full stack development experience in:
Full stack web development experience in MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js)
.NET Framework for API and back-end services
SQL and No-SQL databases (Graph, Vector, Document, etc.)
Docker container configuration and deployment
Experience with Git/version control
Experience with command-line / Linux
The ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
What we like you to have (Preferred Qualifications):
Understanding of basic Machine Learning algorithms and their use cases
Understanding of Neural Networks and their use cases
Experience or familiarity with Palantir technologies and web3 architecture
Experience with Python
Experience with building GenAI-powered processes (more than just using the ChatGPT UI)
Experience with Data Engineering/Processing in Cloud Services (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Experience with Spark/Databricks

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$84,533.00 - $143,706.00
