In this role, you will:
Resolve issues with Annuity Products data
Acts as a liaison between the client area and technical teams to resolve issues
Work with Carriers to resolve data issues and confirm data trends
Analyze data trends to resolve issues that may impact downstream applications
Documents requirements and performs testing on changes
Capture data and prepare necessary reports for corrections
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
2+ years of experience working with Annuity Products
2+ years working with SQL
Demonstrated experience in data analytics capabilities working with large data sets in MS Excel
Experience building reports in business intelligence tools, such as Power BI or Tableau
Demonstrated experience working in data quality and testing partnering with software development teams
Proven experience in problem solving, attention to detail, and root cause analysis in a technical environment
Strong partnering and interpersonal skills to facilitate and build effective working relationships with business partners
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently to evaluate and set priorities as work progresses
Flexible and willing and able to adjust to changing situations and priorities
Ability to communicate in a professional, accurate and clear manner to a variety of internal and external contacts
